Refund policy
It may take a couple of weeks for your body to adjust to the feel of your new mattress. If it's been a while since you purchased a new mattress, this new bed could sleep much differently than your old one. But, if you're not sleeping comfortably on your new mattress after 21 nights up to 100 nights, we'll gladly exchange it for you. We do require the mattress to be in new condition and to be protected with a mattress protector.
You will have a (1) one-time option to exchange your originally purchased mattress for any other mattress equal or greater than the purchase price listed on your original sales receipt. The 100 night comfort exchange policy is based on mattress purchases. ALL PILLOWS, MATTRESS PROTECTORS, SHEETS, Floor Models, Discounted mattresses, Adjustable foundations, Custom Sizes, and Accessories are NON-REFUNDABLE and do not have a trial period. You will pay a $250.00 exchange fee. The 100 night comfort exchange policy is based on mattress purchases. You must keep copy of this receipt for Warranty.
To be eligible for a return and exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, clean and like new, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your paperwork, and let you know if the exchange or warranty was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your exchange, please contact us at (937) 435-1111.
